Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Summer is a perfect time for BBQ. A short cut of Jamaican Jerk Seasoning in the bottle, some fresh herbs fresh out of the garden, you've got true crowd pleaser. I alway like to serve the grilled chicken with my Thai Noodle Salad, it cannot go wrong!


  • 1 large fryer chicken, sectioned
  • 1 C. chopped fresh flat leave parsley
  • 1 C. Red Hot brand ┬áhot sauce
  • 1/4 C. vegetable oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 5 large cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1/2 t. pepper, salt to taste
  • 2 T. McCormick Caribbean Jerk Seasoninge
  • Method:
    (1) Mix the hot sauce, herbs and spices together, rub all over the chicken pieces. Let the meat marinate at least 2 hours..
    (2) Grill on charcoal or gas grill until chicken pieces are done.
    (3) Garnish with lime and chopped green onions. Serve with Thai Noodle Salad below.
